MIRANDA PHIPPS
FIELD DIRECTOR
ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Miranda. I grew up in Anoka, MN and moved to Sioux Falls, SD in 2016 for college. I graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurial studies and an MBA in Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls where I was also on the Track and Field team for the Cougars.
Before coming to Globe Life FHD, I worked at a local community bank in Sioux Falls in retail banking, and also was a waitress on the weekends. I chose to come to Family Heritage after realizing sitting behind a desk and working for someone else was not what I was made for. I had friends who were on the team here and showed me what this career can really do. I wanted to make a bigger impact in my communities and do something that truly changes lives for the better.
I have grown so much personally since starting this career. Navigating your way through the world is scary, but Family Heritage and the Pinnacle team have given me the resources to advance my business, but also help me grow as a woman too! The best part about working here is the people that I get to learn from. Each and every one of us have started at the same position, and it has been so beneficial to have the guidance of my leaders showing us how to elevate this career. I’ve gained so many friendships with people who are dedicated to getting better each day!
If I had to choose three words to describe myself it would be: compassionate, outgoing, and strong-minded.
